That’s why we offer sofas on finance, with 0% APR and a variety of payment paths to choose from that suit your budget best.
You can order today and spread the cost with interest-FREE finance on purchases with a minimum order value of £500 (Finance subject to acceptance).
The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden charges, and you should have no issue spreading the cost into manageable payments with monthly costs that suit every budget.
Applying for a sofa on finance
We hate the idea of having to jump through hoops to apply for finance.
That’s why we work with providers who streamline the application process and make it easy to get the likes of a corner or recliner sofa on finance.
Sofatime customers can choose from 6,10,20,30 & 36 (36 Months available with V12 Retail Finance) month plans.
You’ll then be asked the following details:
- Email address & contact number
- Home address & mortgage / rent details
- Employment details
- Bank details, including sort code and account number
The application will then ask you to complete a brief security check to confirm your identity and that’s it. The checks will take place, and once accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Who can apply for a sofa on finance?
You will be able to apply for interest-free finance on a new sofa when you meet the following conditions
- is 18 or older
- is, or their partner is, in permanent paid employment, self-employed, retired and receiving a pension, working student in part time work or in receipt of a disability benefit
- has been a resident in the UK for at least 3 years
- has a debit or credit card in their name, which is registered to their address, in order to pay for the deposit (if applicable)
- has a Bank or Building Society current account available (you’ll need this to complete the direct debit instruction)

Faulty goods rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product.
Complaints information
If you are not entirely happy with your recent experience, please raise a complaint by contacting our Customer Service Team on customer.care@hometime.co.uk or call us on 028 9050 8300.
We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if we are able to resolve your complaint within 24 hours, we will send you a final response detailing our resolution. If we are unable to provide you with a final response at 7 working days, we will send you a letter explaining the reason for delay and when we expect to issue you with a final response.
Financial Ombudsman Service
If you are dissatisfied with our response and your agreement is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, but you must do so within six months of the date of the final response or 8 week holding letter.
